About me

A Path Toward Psychotherapeutic Practice

I came to psychotherapy through body-oriented work, psychology education, and attentive conversation about inner conflicts, crises, choice, and the restoration of support. I founded the DET psychotherapeutic approach and develop the DETai ecosystem as its research and technological continuation.

Before Psychology, There Was the Body

Body work became my first school of attention to a person: to tension, resource, fatigue, boundaries, and the ability to endure a process.

This experience did not remain a separate biographical line. It became part of my psychotherapeutic view: inner work cannot be separated from the body, tempo, and real life of a person.

Training as a Method of Overcoming

In earlier materials, training was not a separate service, but a way to return movement to the body and tone, discipline, and steadiness to the psyche.

Regular load raises emotional state, but also creates hypertonus and nervous-system overactivation. That is why training here is always linked with recovery: spend resource, restore resource, become stronger.

This logic is close to the attitude of overcoming: character is formed over years, through repeated effort, love for the process, and respect for the chosen path.

Method

Sport and training are life in miniature: here the volume of possibility equals the number of attempts.

Overcoming

Training practices overcoming without immediate reward: every day is another approach that makes a person stronger when effort is applied.

Program

Consistency, mesocycles, and load variation turned training into a system, not a one-time burst of motivation.

Massage as the Return of Resource

In the earlier text 'I as a Massage Therapist', massage was described as an affirmation of human existence through the body: a person cares for the body, and where there is care, there is interest in development and life.

Massage helped restore physical resources after training: release tension, calm the nervous system, and give the body a better chance to recover.

Later, the same logic naturally moved into psychology: work with a person requires attention to resource, boundaries, rhythm, and the ability to endure a process.

Body, Speech, and Inner Experience Meet in One Work

In psychotherapy, it is important for me to hold the person as a whole: not only thoughts and explanations, but also bodily reality, resource, boundaries, relationships, and the life context in which choice appears.
