Create a space where experience can be spoken without the need to justify it immediately or become correct.

Psychologist, psychotherapist · DETai founder · DET author
I work with inner contradictions, self-determination, and life transitions: helping turn complex experience into clarity, choice, and action.
I do not look at a person as a set of symptoms or mistakes that must be quickly corrected. For me, a person is a living system of relationships, choices, tensions, bodily experience, and ways of holding oneself in the world.
In the work, I do not rush toward ready-made explanations. First, it is important to hear how the person experiences their own situation. Then we can distinguish inner contradictions, notice protective strategies, and gradually gather a more living relation to oneself, others, and the world.
For me, psychotherapy begins where it becomes possible not to run away from complexity, but to look at it: what hurts in it, what protects, and what may become the beginning of a new movement.

1
Create a space where experience can be spoken without the need to justify it immediately or become correct.
2
Separate feeling from judgment, the inner voice from external pressure, and living desire from habitual defense.
3
Gradually see a connected picture: what hurts, what matters, what repeats, and where the possibility of choice begins.
4
Translate understanding into life: an action, decision, boundary, rhythm, relationship, or way of being with oneself.
You can come to me not only when it feels as if something is broken. Sometimes a person needs to gather themselves, their aims, and the next stage of life more precisely. Sometimes they need to pass through a crisis, inner conflict, or loss of clarity.
In both cases, I work with the person's inner complexity: not simplifying it into a scheme, but helping to distinguish it, understand it, and turn it into a clearer form of life.
When a person is not in acute crisis, but feels the need to understand themselves, their scale, direction, and next life step more precisely. The work may concern personal and professional positioning, goals, strategy, moving beyond a habitual script, and turning inner potential into a concrete form of action.
The focus is not on fixing a problem, but on revealing what has already matured inside and needs clear expression.
Possible themes:
personal and professional positioning; goals and movement strategy; self-realization and authorial position; designing the next stage of life; moving beyond habitual scripts.
When different desires, fears, values, defenses, and ways of being with oneself collide inside. In this work, it is important not simply to remove a symptom or force one part of the personality to defeat another, but to understand what meaning each side of the conflict carries.
Contradiction can become not only a source of suffering, but also material for choice, change, and deeper self-understanding.
Possible themes:
inner contradictions; crises and transitional periods; anxiety, guilt, shame, anger, emptiness; difficulty choosing and loss of clarity; repeating patterns.
When the old form of life no longer holds, and a new one has not yet appeared. At such a point, it is important not only to cope with the state, but to understand what exactly is changing: in relationships, work, self-perception, the body, the future, and ways of making decisions.
Here the work helps restore contact with oneself and gradually gather a direction in which action becomes possible again.
Possible themes:
loss of support and life transitions; difficult feelings: anxiety, guilt, shame, anger, emptiness; difficulty choosing; relationship with the body and resources; search for a new relation to oneself, people, and the future.
There are different points of entry, but one logic matters to me: to carefully distinguish inner complexity and bring it into form.
My work is not limited to individual practice. From psychotherapeutic experience, academic psychology, research, and personal inquiry, a broader ecosystem is gradually taking shape: DET and DETai.
I am the founder of the DETai ecosystem and the author of the DET psychotherapeutic method.
One layer holds the philosophical and methodological frame; the other creates technological forms through which psychological culture can become an everyday practice.
A dialectical-existential frame for understanding a person: not as a set of symptoms, but as a living structure of contradictions, choices, and possibilities.
The technological continuation of this frame: future AI tools, products, and interfaces for psychology, psychotherapy, education, and self-inquiry.
Follow ecosystem updates, events, and public announcements in DETai’s official Telegram channel.
I have built this site as several entrances into getting to know me: through private practice, professional path, texts, and the wider DET/DETai ecosystem.
